Terms of Service
Effective date: August 4, 2026
These terms govern your use of the services provided by Stansfield Systems ("we", "us", "our"), based in Kelowna, BC, Canada. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide business systems services to owner-run service businesses, including website design and build, AI agents and workflow automation, email and newsletter marketing, and related consulting. Ongoing services are provided on a month-to-month basis and may be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice.
Audits
The Growth and Efficiency Audit is a one-time paid engagement delivered as a written roadmap. The audit fee is credited in full toward your first month of service if you engage us to build the recommended systems within 30 days of receiving your roadmap.
Payments & Refunds
All fees are charged in Canadian dollars. Fees for services already delivered, including completed audits, completed website builds, and elapsed subscription periods, are non-refundable except as required by law.
Communications
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive service-related messages from us by email or SMS. Text messaging is governed by the SMS terms in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the client lists and business information you provide to us, and for confirming that you have the necessary consent to contact the clients on those lists. Systems we build send messages on your behalf and under your business name.
Intellectual Property
Roadmaps, workflows, and materials we provide are for your business's internal use only and may not be resold or redistributed. On a website build, the finished site and its content are yours once paid for in full. If you end a monthly agreement, you keep your website and your business data; the automation workflows we build and manage on our own tooling remain ours.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
