I'm Nick Stansfield. I started building these systems for Elevana, my own business, because the admin was eating the week and I wanted it back. Once it worked, other owners asked me to do the same for them. That is the whole company.
I am not selling you software and walking away. I build your systems, I run them, and I stay on the hook for whether they actually save you time. When you call, I answer.

Fair questions
What kind of businesses is this for?
Owner-run service businesses of any kind. Clinics, studios, tutoring, trades, local operators. If your week is full of the same admin over and over, it fits.
Do I have to replace the software I already use?
No. Wherever I can, I build on top of what you already have and connect the pieces so they talk to each other. If something genuinely needs replacing, I will say so and explain why.
Where does the AI fit, and do I stay in control?
AI drafts and sorts. You decide what goes out on its own and what comes to you first. Every automation is visible from your login and can be changed or switched off.
How long until it is running?
Most builds are live within two to three weeks of the audit. Websites usually land sooner. If your system sends texts, carrier registration of your number is the long pole.
Do you only work with businesses in Kelowna?
No. I work with owner-run businesses anywhere in Canada. Everything is built and run remotely and most calls happen over video, so being local is a bonus, not a requirement.
What if I want to stop?
Month to month, cancel with 30 days' notice. You keep your website and your data.
